David Porter Solicitor established David Porter & Co over 30 years ago with a no nonsense approach to legal services.
He has continued with this ethos throughout his years in practise and has gathered further experience outside the office, particularly in the field of Chairing Tribunals.
Mr Porter has Chaired Benefits Appeals Tribunals, Child Support Agency Appeal Tribunals and Rent Assessment Panels.
He currently leads our Commercial Conveyancing Department along with drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Commercial and Company Law, drafting Agreements and Contracts.
Kellie Noble, Solicitor, was admitted in 2006, however she has many years previous experience working in the legal profession.
Kellie assists Mr Porter with Commercial Conveyancing, whilst undertaking most general areas of law including Civil Litigation, Matrimonial and Court of Protection Applications.
Sue Wilks is head of our Residential Conveyancing Department. Sue has worked in this field for over 30 years and is happy to assist with any queries you may have regarding buying or selling properties
